Fluid level sensor

Fluid level sensors are essential in motorsports for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of vehicles, contributing to race strategy, and protecting the vehicle from performance losses or mechanical failures. These sensors are part of a broader telemetry system that enhances team decisions and maximizes vehicle performance under extreme conditions. 


Our sensor is designed to measure the level of a liquid medium using capacitive technology. 

It detects changes in capacitance as the target fluid moves relative to the sensor. 

These changes in capacitance result in a corresponding shift in the sensor's output voltage. 

By connecting the sensor to an interface unit or supporting ECU, the fluid depth can be determined. A configuration GUI is also available to facilitate customer calibration. 


Multiple ranges are available starting from 80mm up to 500mm (3.15" to 19.7")
