The Panga/Techmor AC-1-4 is a high-precision four-channel module that converts 0-5 volt analog inputs into digital messages, which are then sent to the CAN bus.
It includes an integrated 5-volt, 75 mA supply to power sensors or other peripherals.
An unregulated sensors's supply is also available from the converter excitation as a direct pass through (6-30V).
The module's CAN ID and CAN bus bitrate can be adjusted through CAN bus programming messages.
This compact module can be extremely useful when analog inputs are limited and there's a need to set up a CAN junction at one end of a vehicle.
